MATEAH Roehl 

I have been wrestling for 14 years, and I created this blog as a way to give back to the community. I feel as if the struggles I have went through are a perfect way to pass down advice to the younger generations.

I have coached young female wrestlers at Askren Wrestling Academy, where I started an all-girls class with much help from Ben Askren.  

 

I currently attend North Central College, and have picked up All-American honors. I also coach West Suburban Girls Wrestling club!

I saw the fact that younger girls in wrestling need role models, and I want to step up to that challenge.
